3-3-3 – Celebrating 3 years of CCN is part of the CCN Support programme. The aim of the programme is to assemble a network of black women willing to partner with others to create opportunities that support black women in developing their own ecosystems and implementing effective strategies to progress in their working lives.
To celebrate 3 years of CCN, we are pleased to announce we have lined up 3 professional black women, our CCN Champions, who are experienced coaches with their own unique lived experiences, and have successfully navigated their own career pathways. They are passionate and willing to share their experiences and knowledge to help others forge a path to success.
They will provide 3 Visionaries with 3 sessions each, over a period of 3 months, utilising a hybrid approach of coaching and mentoring techniques. The CCN Visionaries are those wanting to create the future they dream of, and having the courage to step forward and take hold of support to face today’s challenges or simply to help them build stronger foundations for the next career stage.

The cost will be covered 100% by CCN, the market value of this you’d expect to be in the region of hundreds of pounds per person.
A total of 9 women would be selected from a selection process. We particularly would like to hear from individuals who would ordinarily not have access to such support.
