“Effective and safe lifting requires collaboration”
Hazel Ade-Williams, Founder CCN

We recognise that Black Women require support in many areas to aid us professionally and emotionally from apprenticeship to retirement. The issues and challenges commonly faced create a butterfly effect that can only be counteracted by a robust collection of organisations working together towards one common goal; supporting black women to thrive.

For this reason, we work with a number of organisations from mentoring, coaching, talking therapists, to HR specialists, to provide our members with the resources they need, all in one place. The collective power of partnership is the bedrock of the cultural change that will see future generations benefiting from a system that is fairer, more equal and more reflective of the significant contributions working black woman make to society and the economy.

Our partners are strategically aligned to our vision and mission and deeply understand the barriers black woman come up against at many points on their working journey.

*Please note: We go through a rigorous due diligence process prior to listing or featuring any organisation on our website. This includes (but is not limited to) assessing for merit and legitimacy, assessing for reliability, reviewing publicly submitted feedback (reviews). We take this approach before any endorsement to ensure that the services being promoted do not exacerbate the issues faced by some of our members, and are useful, beneficial and most importantly, trustworthy to our target audience.
