We are nearing the end of a tumultuous year where many of us may have experienced loss in a number of different ways; losing loved ones, losing much loved careers, losing our zest for life – we could go on. This sense of loss can understandably set us back and manifest into other areas of our life impacting our sense of trust, security, confidence and even our identity.
A common consequence of loss is grief which is a natural and normal reaction, however grief unresolved can drain us physically, mentally and emotionally. We are delighted to be joined by Ghulam Fernandes, a certified Advanced Recovery Specialist, who will introduce The Grief Recovery Method which is a structured, action based evidence programme that can give you the knowledge, tools and processes to deal with loss in order to heal.
We are also pleased to be joined by Dr Yvette Ankrah MBE, a transformational business coach and consultant working with high achieving women in business to get success without the burnout. Dr Ankrah will introduce her idea of taking a structured approach to self-care, including providing practical tools and tips to help support your wellbeing.
