The world is getting smaller, and as global citizens, our reach is getting wider. In the UK, those who identify as female make up 52.7% of the workforce, with global figures trailing only slightly behind at 47.7%. Communication is key in bringing together working communities and certainly played a part in the working lives of international women. How can we celebrate, champion and learn from this as we move forward?

As we celebrate International Women’s Day, at Counter-Col Network we’re taking the opportunity to reflect on the great and grate of everyday women working in international spaces. We are hosting a conversation centred around how international women communicate with each other, and the positive influence these connections have on working practices today. Nothing comes without its challenges, so expect some honest recounts!

Join us for this fun packed session, which promises lots of laughs as we hear some hilarious stories from around the world. Our panellists Latha Davda, Jacqueline Williams and Anna Vines, 3 everyday women from 3 different continents, will be sharing their reflections of their international career journeys.

Like all of our webinars the event is aimed at the ‘Everyday Women’ at any career stage, including if you’re on pause. This event is for all international women and will inspire you to not sweat the small stuff, marshal a healthy challenge, compassionately acknowledge difference and to celebrate the strength you see in the international women in your world.
