We are Counter-Col, a network dedicated to supporting black women in their working life experiences. Counter-Col Network (CCN) aims to create the space for black women to RESTORE, be EMPOWERED and ACHIEVE.
We’re dedicated to building a culture of support, because together we are stronger. The network will provide a comprehensive resource hub, partnering with several organisations to offer and promote support services such as coaching, mentoring, counselling and psychotherapy, training and legal services.
Plus, CCN Support provides a space for black women to be listened to and supported in processing and responding to work experiences in ways that serve them well. There is also the opportunity to become a CCN community member providing you access to useful resources as well as ensuring you’re kept up to date about CCN events and discussion forums.
